Wienermobile Sighting!

“You might be a redneck if”….you have your family picture taken in front of the Wiernermobile. We’ve posted the picture without us in it to protect the innocent (kids, you can thank us later.) The rare Wienermobile sighting was seen in the Salmon Creek Round Table parking lot. Hmmmm…is there going to be a Hot Dog Pizza coming soon?

Schmizza Salmon Creek Opens!

Pizza Schmizza in Salmon Creek has reopened! For those of you who used to go by there remember, “The Terminator” used to be out front. I didn’t see him today, but I know “I’ll be Back.”

Goodwill Salmon Creek

The finishing touches are being done to the Goodwill Store in Salmon Creek. The Grand Opening is set for Jan 22; but, did you know their drive through donation station is open for business now (9am-8pm)?

Honor Roll for Breakfast

It was standing room only for breakfast this morning at Alki Middle School for 7th and 8th grade Honor Roll. Do you think the fact that they get out of 7th period today for showing up early had any effect on the attendance? Great Job Students!

Sweet Neighborhood

Christmas Break may be over, but you couldn’t tell in Mrs. Nemnich’s 2nd Grade Class at Salmon Creek School today. This was their classroom “Snow Makeup Day” for Gingerbread House Creations. YUM!

My Favorite Urban Deer

The deer out front of Chinook Elementary looks like something straight out of the 60’s, but it is by far my favorite city dwelling deer.
